Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to us at the Americana Music Academy (AMA). To help maintain a secure web site and promote trustworthiness with our clients, AMA has created this policy. By visiting the AMA web site, you agree to the terms and conditions presented in this Privacy Policy.
AMA receives and stores any information you enter on the web site, through mail-in applications, or any other method. This information may include names, addresses, credit card numbers and other such information. Said information is used when processing applications, providing assistance to clients (the term ‘client’ refers to students, parents/guardians of students under the age of 18, and other AMA Members), and client feedback. You may always choose not to provide certain information, however this may hamper the feedback process.
Information about our clients is a very important part of our business and we do not intend to sell that information to others. AMA does not sell, share, transmit or otherwise compromise your personal information by releasing it to third parties.
Secure trafficking of information online is also very important to us. Online payments are processed through PayPal. Their Privacy Policy does differ from AMA’s, and we highly encourage you to review their policies. We also highly recommend that you do not send vital information (such as credit card numbers) directly to AMA over the Internet. AMA will never ask for said information to be transmitted this way. It is also important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your computer. Never give out your vital information.
If you choose to visit AMA, your visit and any other dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy. If you have any concerns about privacy at AMA, please call Thom Alexander at 785-830-9640 or email him at americana66044@yahoo.com
AMA provides equal opportunity in its programs and activities and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation or any other category or classification.
